Is it ok to have a brunch rather than having breakfast in the morning?
Yes, having brunch instead of breakfast is perfectly fine! The key is to ensure that your meal is balanced and nutritious. A great breakfast or brunch should include a mix of protein, healthy fats, and whole grains to fuel your day. If brunch fits better into your routine and helps you develop lasting healthy habits, then it can be a meaningful daily ritual. Just be mindful of portion sizes and food choices to support your overall health goals.
Everyone’s hunger clock is different, I choose to eat when I’m hungry. I had to learn to pay attention to my body’s signals. I usually receive indications around 11a- 11:30a, 2p-2:30p, 6p. I try to drink most of my water, fresh juices & teas btwn 7am - 1pm. My last drink of water by 8pm but I do keep water by my beside too in case I get thirsty during the night. I suggest paying close attention to your body’s signal and you won’t go wrong.
