It’s completely okay if you can’t do certain exercises like push-ups or planks. Everyone’s fitness journey is unique, and it’s important to listen to your body. Focus on finding exercises that you enjoy and can comfortably perform. Consider modifying exercises or exploring alternatives that work for you. The key is to create a routine that promotes lasting healthy habits and encourages movement in a way that feels good for you. Remember, consistency is more important than perfection!

Of course it’s ok. There are many factors influencing the many abilities we do and don’t have. Some factors are out of our controI, and some can be worked on, with, or around to gain and achieve those abilities. Always starting small, gaining one step at a time to reach our goals. We can also modify those goals to be realistically achievable. Half push ups and partial planks, are still, push ups and planks. 😊
