Exercising in the morning can be beneficial for many people, as it helps establish a routine and can boost energy levels for the day ahead. Morning workouts may enhance mood and improve focus, setting a positive tone. However, the best time to exercise ultimately depends on your individual schedule and preferences. Consistency is key, so choose a time that fits your lifestyle, allowing you to create lasting healthy habits and meaningful daily rituals aligned with your goals.

Yes, it helps you raise your energy level to start your day! From a diet perspective I would say no as training later in the day might tap more easily in your “stocks”.

I think that exercising in the morning is great and helped me feel more productive and happy, while exercising in the evening drains my energy after a long day, so yes I would say that exercising in the morning is more beneficial because you have the energy to do it now and am sure to do it, when in the evening you are tired and might not want to do that.
