Is it healthier to eat breakfast or fast (not eat) in the morning?

It depends on your goals and what you’re eating. Fasting can be part of a healthy regimen; such as intermittent fasting.

Eating breakfast in the morning is more preferable because it would provide us energy to work in the morning without being distracted by hunger
