In my opinion lunch, cause it’s mid day and it gives you energy to complete the rest of your day. A nourishing breakfast tho is also very important to have but it doesn’t have to be the largest meal of your day, since a lot of people also don’t even are that hungry in the morning, but it differs for everyone.
