It is better to have a balance of both per breakfast serving you should get about 35-50gms of protein and around 60-80 gms of carbs, but most important part everyone miss is fibre and minerals, so make sure your breakfast is fibre rich, and full of vitamins and minerals and very less processed, that is the key to getting all of macros balanced and keep your gut happy also, as too much processed food from morning will slowly affect overall health of anyone
