Is it better to go to the gym or working out at home?

It really depends on your mood.
If you have some things that might help you train at home and you don't feel like going to the gym, for a reason or another, then that's what's best for you in that moment.
Let's say you're not comfortable with gyms, or you're just getting started, exercising at home is a great way to build your confidence, with the movements and, most importantly, with yourself and your body. ❤

Both can be just as effective however going to the gym may make you feel judged but it can also motivate you to do better. Working out at home is not judgemental and you can work at your own pace.

At the moment for me, a home workout is the best option. If i had to go to the gym i wouldn’t do it right now but at home i will

Workout at home is better if you are a beginner. Even if you plan to go to the gym, it’s best to get used to a workout rutin at home first.

Ask yourself these questions:

Are you comfortable working out in front of others?

Do you have a gym close by and the time to get there?

Is a gym pass something you can afford?

Whatare your fitness goals, how could a gym help in reacing them?

What are your ideas for home workouts?
