Is Indian wheat thin bread- chapati enough for a considerable breakfast.

Everyone IS different and has different needs but no. Breakfast is really important, it’s how you start your day most people take it for granted and skip it but it’s not good to skip meals and coffee, a piece of fruit, a donut, etc. don’t count. Try to have a balanced breakfast that at least has a fruit/veggie component and one other basic group and you should feel full after. If you put something in the bread like peanut butter and banana it’s really good and sets you up for a good day.
