Anyone else on gluten and dairy free diet

I only have a dairy free diet. I am allergic to dairy. Sometimes I cheat and I get very sick. I get hives and my throat gets tight, and I get nauseous.

Me! Some of my favorite breakfasts are gf oatmeal or a gf waffle with peanut butter. If you're new to this diet, don't get discouraged, because there are more gluten free and dairy free foods out there than ever before. Check around your local grocery or health foods store, and of course ordering online is always an option. Schar and Glutino are great brands if you're trying not to spend too much. I love Enjoy Life brand for allergen-free snacks, and Califa has a delicious dairy free yogurt drink. If you ever feel like you're stuck in a rut with foods that fit your diet needs, there are a ton of recipes online you can try. It's all trial and error until you figure it out 🙂 Good luck!

I am gluten free and try to be dairy free.
I rely on almond milk (and coconut milk every now and then, but I'm not too fond of coconut). I will keep non-flavored and vanilla in my fridge.
I have also found cashewnut yogurt and sour cream….which I love!
I like sheep's milk cheese…cheese is the hardest for me to find a good substitute.
For a quick breakfast, I will grab a kind bar or a larabar…there are many flavors of each, so it doesn't get repetitive. They are healthy, gluten free, and dairy free.
For a prepared ahead of time breakfast, I really enjoy putting 1/4 cup of chia seeds in a jar, adding 1.5 cups of almond milk, then put the jar into the fridge overnight. I eat a bowl of that and add fruit, nuts, cinnamon…so many options. It's very tasty, easy, & healthy! A jar lasts three days!
Finally, I rely on eggs in the morning. I will hard boil several over the weekend, then grab two in the morning. I eat them with a Dijon mustard. Very satisfying!!!

Yes I am. It is really hard and I slip up sometimes. It is mainly because of my PCOS but I fear I may have other conditions that worsen with eating gluten, dairy and sugar too.
