I ate 2 boiled eggs every day for about 1.5 years and found this quick and easy. Just set the pot going and I could carry on about my morning while obviously checking that my eggs weren’t getting into trouble. You could also boil the eggs at the beginning of the week and eat them throughout, could also make a really yummy egg sandwich too. I have recently made breakfast bars which are filled with oats and some nuts as well as fruits and yoghurt. This is a great grab and go option that I have enjoyed.

It depends how much time I have in the morning. If I snooze my alarm for ages then it’s a quick breakfast like fruit or a cereal bar. If I have enough time I’ll make some form of egg on toast or porridge.

In the morning, add leafy greens, some fruits, and some dark chocolate – blend it together, and that is my breakfast along with some tea.

On weekdays, since I get to work very early in the morning I prefer a quick and a healthy solution nowadays. Oatmeal, a portion of fresh fruits and milk. I take advantage of cinnamon as well. But during weekend, I enjoy a long and fulfilling healthy Turkish breakfast. Definitely eggs, cheese and olives with fresh vegetables together with bread or pastries.
