Eggs and toast

I make mini quiche bites on the weekends as prep and then just heat them up for 30 seconds in the mornings. I add any leftover veggies I have to use them up and not waste also!

Cold cereal, but healthy - Wheaties, multi grain Cheerios, etc.

Julia E.

Porridge with blueberries and banana.

Something quick and easy when I have work, maybe something a bit longer for days off when I don’t need to rush.

Depends. Porridge takes little time in a microwave.

The quickest breakfast for me are runny eggs with bread! Also known in the UK as Soldiers. Super easy and super yummy if you season them right :)

Greek yogurt, fruit, tea

Two eggs. 1 avocado. 4 small baby tomatoes. 2 slices of bread with ham and cheese.
