Coffee is okay as long as you are using it in moderation & more for the enjoyment of it instead of because of a caffeine dependency. When your body is fueled with the right nutrients & you are maintaining a healthy amount of exercise & good night’s sleep, you will feel the need for that morning cup less & less. Since your body will be preforming the way it should & giving you that burst of energy you previously sought after (mostly in vain) from that cup of coffee. Fruit & vegetable juice is always a good choice regardless of how it’s sourced. Just make sure it’s not full of unnatural sugars, dyes, & mystery unpronounceable ingredients. As far as using it as morning beverage the natural sugars & electrolytes will keep you hydrated & give you a little boost to make the most of your day.
