Therapeutic. I got used to spring cleaning while growing up. So whenever I need to distress I just clean my space and my mood is improved afterwards. I can never, ever be comfortable with a dirty surrounding. It’s even more depressing for me

When I have to do it, because I have been stalling it’s stressful, because I truly hate some of the house chores. Big when it’s clean again it’s such a relieve. When I keep up and do my routine cleaning it’s therapeutic.
