Is banana and peanut butter an healthy breakfast

I think it is healthier than other things. However, some people are allergic to peanuts so a substitute of almond butter could help. It provides you with some carbs and protein, but not nearly enough for your whole day. However, it could give you the mental boost to start your day, tying you over just long enough to get something more substantial? I think it really just depends on who you are.

I think so, personally I would make it into a sandwich but even just the peanut butter and bananas by itself would be healthy.
