Depends on your goals and your individual body and its needs but if your goal is to be generally active, then, generally speaking, I think it is sufficient indeed. You're doing a bit in the morning to start you up and your doing more later on to have done more.
But the main person to answer this would be you. If you hadn't been doing this before and you have started it and it makes you feel better and more energetic and it fits your day, then it's a good plan. Basically, if it works for you, then it works for you!

I think exercising in short bursts in the morning can improve your day and focus. Cycling at night is a good way to distress over the day and a walk is a good way to clear your mind. It could be a bit much for starters but it’s a good plan.

Wauw, if you can keep it up, yes, but you have to make sure it is not to much. Also maybe add a rest day for your body to restore. But do what works for you, this is already really good!
