It varies in amount,type and specificity.
We built it little by little from our birth itself, so to say if we have to improve our Endurance,we have to see where we are and where we wanna go.
Now ,if you are doing exercise to increase your endurance ,it is a very good way to enhance it.
Now if you feel you are stuck and not getting any better,then you should increase some extra time in each exercise set ,or you may add few more types of exercise in your routine.
It will definitely enhance your endurance.
