Get a reminder on your phone, but not renembering you to do exercises. Make it renember you which type of exercise you have to do, the time you'll spend. This simple action will turn you brain into action in the moment that you see the reminder, and not giving it just a simple option to refuse the activity. It will be already a yes.
Last, but not least, always know that in the end of workout, celebrate is the next thing you should do.
