What type of exercises do you do in the morning?

usually i do kpop dancing, basically practising dances i already know instead of learning a new one. sometimes i do a bit of yoga and if i really feel motivated, i do a light Pilates exercise!

I like walking early in the morning. I may take a 10 – 20 minute walk around my neighborhood. It's a nice way to start my day and I feel grounded when I'm through.

I run 7 days a week at 6:30 in the morning for school. I run at least 3 miles a day. It is very relaxing for me it is a time for me to reflect and a time for my mind to be quiet.

I haven’t done it to be honest I really like the app but now that school has started I feel like I can’t do it you know like when a wave of sadness hits you and take over that what I fell during the summer this app helped me a lot and I’m really thankful for that I will try my best to start exercising but I hope I have more time to focus on this app that really helps me.

I like to combine exercise with dance and what's better than Aerobics in this. So, I did beginner's level aerobics coz of course I'm a beginner. Just few aerobic steps in the morning makes you refresh and re energise, plus it also stretch your body, that's makes your body flexible.

I do pilates because i want to make myself little bit strong nd stretch my body it's hard nd take lot of effort but i manage cauz it brings good nice energy in morning to do other chores

I did my morning stuff and put my heavy backpack on the chair so i could put on my jacket and my shoes. Then i put the backpack on my back and i carry it to my school. My house is on a small hill in Finland called Pupuhuhta and its pretty dangerous there but not as dangerous as in America. I have 6 hours of school on mondays, tuesdays and thursdays. I have 5 hours of school in wednesday and 3 hours on fridays. Im a 6th grader

I have started with easy, simple and not time consuming exercises, 20 seconds each from each side. I do yoga, for example the dog, the three legged dog, the plank, the warrior two pose, the high lunge, the cat cow and stuff.
