Do you have any difficulties with composing thoughts for your everyday journal writing? What’s your inspiration for this?

Sometimes I do, 'cause it's hard top find something to do instead of staying in bed all day scrolling on your phone… My motivati on Is the feeling I'm going to feel for myself After a progressive day.

Sometimes i do have difficulities with composing my thoughts but when i think about how much i been trough and my inspiration for this i think my past life and who i am are right now the strongest, kindness, for others and for myself.
