How do you overcome the boredom of regular exercise?

I put down a separate time and make the exercise fun with apps that have animation and infos like what muscle group the exercise I will do affect, how i should breath etc. i like reading and knowing things so it works out

I really haven’t figured it out yet, but I’ve noticed the more I do it, the easier it gets. But I also find that one break day is a slippery slope into losing progress. There’s nothing wrong with slip ups, it’s finding your way back that’s important
