I can not force myself to do exercises day by day… I try to, but I find distractions so often and it makes me feel sad and guilty, and it doesn’t help to grow, in opposite it gives less motivation every next morning to start with exercises… How can I motivate myself to start doing it every day, not just sometimes?

Same. I tend to just trick myself into working out. I will put on the tv with some weights in front of me, or just stepping outside in the night, then, telling myself “I might as well use these weights.” or “I might as well go on a walk or a run. I hope this helps.
