I’m walking to work every day (even before I started using Fabulous) about 2 km distance. I count is as a exercise in the morning but it’s not a new habit. Should I exercise more then?

Not if you are already seeing the results of you 2km daily walk. If you are wanting to see increased results then by all means increase your distance. Perhaps walk home as well for 4km per day.
