If you push through when it’s hard it will slowly get easier to do. Try thinking about the progress that you will make if you stick to your goals for say 3 months. In that amount of time it will probably be really hard to stick to but eventually it will be more of a habit and as you get stronger it will get easier. You got this

I think about “Just for 10 minutes” or “just for a while” because there are 24 hours a day, I think that that’s only a short amount of time so that I can give in.
