How do I keep being motivated when I feel like my efforts are not bringing any results?

I say find a journal and as you are going through this journey, write about how you have felt throughout the process to help you see results in your mood and how your days go!

I personally don’t drink coffee for breakfast, but I definitely think it is okay to drink with your breakfast. Try to avoid coffees with too much added sugar, but you do not need to give up coffee for a healthy lifestyle. I personally prefer to drink green tea because it is often considered one of the healthiest drinks.
