I ride my bike to work, and I feel like this counts as my morning exercise habit. Does anyone else count their commute as their exercise, or is it only effective when done in the first 30 minutes of awakening? Often times, I am commuting within the hour.

Absolutely, commuting by bike is a great way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine! It doesn’t have to be confined to the first 30 minutes of your day. What’s important is that you’re moving and making it a consistent part of your life. Consider it a meaningful ritual that contributes to your overall fitness goals. The key is to find what works best for you and to stack those habits to create a routine that supports your health and well-being.

It’s lovely that you ride your bike to work, that’s totally exercise. I can’t count my commute as exercise because I usually take a cab. I don’t think time matters. You’re riding a bike any time of the day, it counts as excercise. So you’re doing great, keep it up!
