Great job on focusing on reducing sugar at breakfast! Consider options like oatmeal made with unsweetened almond milk, Greek yogurt topped with nuts and seeds, or scrambled eggs with vegetables. Whole grain toast with avocado is another nutritious choice. These low/no sugar options will help you maintain energy levels and support your overall health. Remember, creating a routine around your breakfast choices can lead to lasting healthy habits!

I think you should try savory breakfasts, for example eggs, you can have them scrambled, sunny side up, hard or soft boiled, you can have an omelette, to which you can add some vegetables, ham or cheese. Wholegrain bread with ham and avocado is a good option, too. Make sure to add some vegetables for vitamins and fiber, too. If you don’t want to give up sweet breakfasts, oatmeal is a great source of complex carbs which will fuel your body for a long time. Or you mentioned eating fruit, you can add that fruit to a bowl of greek yougurt and granola. (Granola, if isn’t artificially sweetened, could be an alternative for cereal, too.)

You can still cut down sugar from your current breakfast... Go for a cereal that has no added sugar, fruits are already complex carbs so there isn’t much sugar to worry about but try to ingest fruits that have less sugar... More importantly control the portion
