I’m taking the 6-months journey. My morning routine is getting longer and it’s hard to keep up. What should I do?

Make different morning routines, a short one with just the essentials when you don’t have much time and a longer one for when you have the time to do every extensive step

Make sure you have some easier daily tasks in there that you are already used to. If you have to take some off. You don’t want to get stressed. So just find stuff you know you can handle right now. Take time to get used to more stuff don’t add it all at once.

Morning routines are supposed to be personalized to YOU specifically. If it’s not helping you or if you find certain things in your morning routine not important in the long run then it’s okay to cut back on those. Morning routines are supposed to help you set your day right, not make things more difficult for you. But if you actually need all those things then I suggest schedule proper time segments for each activity if you can.

Try to keep your morning routine basic. For example, get up, brush your teeth, take time to breathe and do your skincare. Don’t forget breakfast to keep you energized throughout the day. If you’re adding on to your routine try going in slow steps so you’re not overwhelmed. Remember, you’re great you got this!

It's ok to select. If you feel you no longer need or have time for something, you can let it go! If you can't let go of anything, try doing some things for less time, but more efficiently. And if you have a lot of time, include a break where you organize your things and drink a good coffee or eat a piece of fruit in the meantime. This would only prolong the routine, I know – but if you only do it when you feel like it or feel it necessary, it seems less of a problem if you don't do it.

Everything thats worth doing in life is hard. Fighting to achieve what you dream of in life is like climbing a mountain. The process will be long, hard, and full of challenges, but ultimatly worth once you get to the top.

As a wise man once said, "just keep walking, and your sure to find the light at the end of the tunnel".
