I’m struggling with waking up early, I wake up tired and sleepy, how can I combat this?

Try to go to sleep earlier the day before, set a bedtime put an alarm to it and avoid bright screens and stimulating activities 30min before you go to bed, try different times of sleep to test how much sleep you need.

Let me start with this as my experience .. everyone wake up tired it’s a part of being adult or becoming an adult .. the trick is to get out of the bed as soon as you open your eyes .. that’s what’s worked for me and others who have tried it .. as soon as you got up you will feel better and in 3 to 5 min you’re ready to rock the world ..
