I have a similar situation where I can’t seem to wake up in time to eat a healthy breakfast most days of the week even if I set an alarm the night before to get up at a certain time in the morning or get up early so I starting making up little things that I call easy on the go no early morning breakfasts and the consist of yogurt and fruit cups.

I like to make a quick egg white omelet in the microwave. Keep a carton of egg whites on-hand and when you want an omelet, spray a microwave-safe bowl with cooking spray, pour in the desired amount of egg whites, then microwave until the eggs are set (1.5-2.5 minutes depending on the amount of egg whites used). You can add in cheese, veggies, whatever you’d like! It’s a quick way to get a fresh, delicious, and nutritions meal with minimal effort.
