I’m still confused on what is considered good to have that has plenty of fiber in it. Especially when it comes to fruit.

Yeah it is good to have included the fruits which have a lot of fibre in it as the fibre helps in the digestion and by getting better digestion we will be healthy and be fit in our life

There are many kinds of fruit that have fiber like berries, apples, bananas, ect. Find one you like. Broccoli is good for fiber. Oats and grains give you good fiber as well.

Make a green juice, you can put all kinds and types of vegetables in the blender and drink it daily before meals. That is plenty of fibers.
