I work out three times a week in mornings for an hour. Is it better to eat before or after sports?

It’s is best to have a pre-workout meal at least 30 mins ahead so you have energy for the physical activity. And a complete meal after workout to recover.

You should eat simple carbs 30 mins before workout to give you energy for the workout session. Warm black coffee right before workout also adds to the strength. A proper meal should be done only after the workout session.
