Well honestly, my mom makes the breakfast for me, so in that case it's easier for me. But I would genuinely suggest you to make it a point to have breakfast because it is one of the most important meals of our day. Trying having easy and quick to make foods for breakfast, it saves time and doesn't feel like a lot of work. You can try pre-planning what you want to eat for breakfast the night before. Wake up extra early so that you have ample time and then eat your breakfast. Consider it as a priority, not an option.

ohh, Well for me i see it depend on what time you wake up and what time yo want to take break fast, for example if you wake up 4AM or 5Am, and you do some activity earlier in the morning automatically you will want to grab a cup of coffee or kind of breakfast that wil energise you for whole morning.

I do eat breakfast because it's essential for our energy levels. People who do not eat breakfast are basically fasting. If you don't feel like eating… Try eating a snack.. you can't force your body to eat when it doesn't need food. This is one of the 4 golden rules. I hope this helps.
