I’m just getting started with exercising every day. What’s your recommendation for motivation to continue? What’s your advice if my mind is trying to persuade me to stay in bed or watch TV instead of exercise?

You need to give yourself time to adapt and be ready to enjoy to exercise ☺️.Step by step 10 min a day and more when you feel ready ,the key os to never give up and continue and to never feel ashame for the bad day that will come ✨

I attached my exercise to another habit that I already established, like making my bed – I started with a 5 minute warm up and after a couple of weeks, it felt weird to make my bed and NOT exercise. So I added more time to my workout and now it’s locked into my morning like making my bed is.
