Are push-ups, crunches, and squats good morning exercises?

I would say that any sort of exercise any time of day would be perfect. As long as you are moving, you’re doing good for your body. Keep it up! If you want to add more later on, you can. Just know that whatever you do, moving your body at least 30 minutes a day is really good for you in the long run and helps you to live a longer, healthier, and happier life. I hope this helps you!
