Do you have a exercise habit you usually do?

I run 1 mile every morning no matter what. No matter how i feel no matter what day no matter the weather. No matter the negativity in my life. That 1 mile run which will increase over time.

I am 3 weeks post-transplant surgery, so my exercise routine is a good walk and my home physical therapy twice a day. I find that the timers on the Clarify app do a great job of keeping me on track. I have timers set for meds, meals, and PT. If I have anything else that needs to get done I set another time.
