Well…let me tell you that you should have an exercising routin for yourself and it is better not to want your weight will be less fast!it is so wrong and even it is harmful for your sport motivation.So just start with half of hour jogging daily for first week then continuing with walking and running 1hour daily and see the miracle❤️😍
