I’m finding that the running habit the most difficult for me . I’m not Ina running-friendly environment ( apartment complex in the city. ) I want to have a daily cardiovascular fitness program. Any suggestions. Thank you
It’s great that you’re committed to daily cardiovascular fitness! If running isn’t feasible in your environment, consider alternatives like indoor workouts, cycling, or using a jump rope. You can also explore bodyweight exercises like burpees or high knees to get your heart rate up. Try scheduling these activities at the same time each day to build a consistent routine. Remember, the key is to find what you enjoy and can commit to regularly, making your fitness journey both effective and enjoyable!
I find that habit difficult too but I found a walking/ running pad on Amazon that allows me to get in some exercise while simply watching tv, it’s very small and can fold up too. If you’re looking for a cheaper alternative though I find that dance or Pilates videos on YouTube are a fun and easy way to get in some daily cardio
