Dear, From what i learned in the last 3 years of my body transformation , i can give you a few tips:
Always eat enough( a balances diet to have enough energy for your body);
-you don’t have to torture yourself to lose weight. yes, it’s about a healthy lifestyle, but I don’t think it’s good to eliminate carbohydrates from your diet completely. I know, we hear a lot of negative things about carbohydrates, but your body really needs them, believe me. Every day’s effort needs to consume something, so don’t forget that it’s about being a better you. also, your brain needs glucose (sugar), so don’t neglect that part either. Your body has a special way of working, being different from mine and others, of course. so take the time to see how your body works and find out what kind of metabolism you have to know how it works.
Improve your health, grow, but take care of yourself🫢🏻

Weight is not about what you do it’s what you eat.but as you told you are eating small amounts of good food that’s a good start. Even though I am not a doctor I know that weight gain has many reasons. Some are stress, or maybe what you eat is not easily digested by your stomach. One more key factor is timing so try to eat dinner before sunset(i know it sounds impossible so try to eat dinner as early as you can ), wake up early, etc whatever suits your lifestyle.
