I’m easily bored and am not motivated tk move as I don’t enjoy most sport. I’m a normal build and have no motion issues. And paying to get lessons or access to a gym is not possible atm :( anything to recommend?

rebounding on a mini trampoline is excellent cardio and you can also do body weight strength training like squats, lunges, and pushups. there are thousands of free yoga and workout videos on youtube. set a timer for 10 minutes and put on your favorite upbeat music and the time will go by pretty quickly. even walking outside or on a walking mat if weather in your area is not good this time of year is better than nothing. the most important thing is to start somewhere and do a little bit every day! I believe in you.
