I’m a vegetarian. Can someone give me some tips on what I can eat in the morning. I’ve been eating eggs for the protein but I’m beginning to get tired of it lol

I tend to eat overnight oats or smoothies. Yogurt with granola and fruit is also a good choice. I have a different breakfast every day of the week, so I don’t get tired of it. Toast with peanut butter and banana is also nice

Beans, tofu, mushrooms on toast. Nut breakfast bars, Greek yogurt. The list goes on. Google some recipes and give something new a try! I’ve been vegetarian for 3-4 ish years now and my best advice for you is to explore with the ingredients you have and have fun with it.
