I’m a college student with a very busy schedule. Should I exercise in the morning or the evening? Or maybe something else?
As a busy college student, the best time to exercise is when it fits your schedule and energy levels. Morning workouts can boost your focus and set a positive tone for the day, while evening sessions can help you unwind. Experiment with both to see what works best for you. Consistency is key, so aim to create a routine that you can stick to, whether it’s morning or evening. Remember, even short bursts of exercise can be effective in developing lasting healthy habits.
Hey there, having a very busy schedule myself, I do the exercise in the morning, cause otherwise I will feel too tiered after so many things that happened during the day and will end up skipping the exercise all together. I get up a little earlier, so I can exercise and afterwards have a cup of coffee in bed as an incentive to really exercise before hand. I guess you just need to te out what works best for you. Try one week to do it in the evening and the next in the morning, see which week feels better.
