If you don’t like porridge and you can’t eat eggs every day, what can you eat?
If porridge and eggs aren’t your favorites, there are plenty of nutritious breakfast options! Consider smoothies with fruits and greens, Greek yogurt with nuts and berries, or whole-grain toast with avocado. You can also try oatmeal alternatives like quinoa or chia seed pudding. The key is to include a balance of protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates to fuel your day. Explore different combinations to find what you enjoy, creating a morning ritual that sets a positive tone for your day!
I like green smoothies! You can put all kinds of veggies and fruit in them that you wouldn’t normally eat. Today I added frozen power greens, canned pumpkin puree, frozen cherries, flax meal, collagen peptides, cinnamon, ground cloves, frozen ginger, turmeric as well as other supplements I have a goal to take.
Bread with cheese or another topping you like, yoghurt with granola and fruit, a smoothie, breakfast burrito, dinner leftovers, rice with a topping you enjoy, and there’s nothing wrong with making a treat like muffins, pancakes or waffles for breakfast as long as you’re conscious of the ingredients you put in. And don’t feel like you have to stick with breakfast foods. It’s more important that it’s filling, gives you energy and gets you excited
