If you don’t have a lot of time to prepare breakfast in the morning, what are some good options for something quick and nutritious?

I think that protein bars and shakes are good options because they are easy and can be taken on the go. Eating something small like this, even though it is processed food, is better than eating nothing at all.

Just a fruit or two can be good. If you are into different cuisines around the world, I can suggest Upma from India, Korean street toast, Different kinds of pasta from Italy, Japanese rolled omelette, etc. You can include boiled eggs and nuts, chia pudding, smoothies and pancakes. If you are running out of time early in the morning, a good way to get started is by meal prepping

Bagel with cream cheese; fix overnight oats to put in the fridge at night and then add nuts and a spoonful of jelly in the morning; quick oats; premake homemade breakfast bars or breads; protein shake; peanut butter on toast; pre make egg wraps (I love cheese, tater tots and avocado on mine)
