Put your phone far from bed, then go to the toilet, wash your face and do funny faces, after that play music u have a mood for and start moving to it in a rhythm

I like to listen to energetic music and tellmyself by the end of this song I will sit up then the next step and so on. Also throw all the warm stuff away and have a warm thing(e.g dressing gown) ready for when you get up.
