If i only do a light workout for the whole body every night, but nothing extreme though, everyday, is that enough?

It might fall short if I want: Noticeable muscle growth, big strength gains, high athletic performance. Bottom line : Consistency beats intensity. A light full-body workout every night is way better than 90% of people doing nothing—and it’s sustainable, which is the real flex.
