If I don’t have enough time to exercise what should I do?
If you’re short on time, consider incorporating short bursts of exercise into your day. Even 10-15 minutes of physical activity can be beneficial. Try habit stacking by pairing exercise with daily rituals, like doing a quick workout during a break or after a meal. Focus on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or bodyweight exercises that can be done anywhere. Remember, consistency is key, so find opportunities to move throughout your day, and gradually build a routine that fits your lifestyle.
Take it easy and start with small steps. You can start with a five minute excercise routine. Nobody may have all the time in the world but everybody always have 5 minutes to do something.
