Toast some bread. Cut up a banana into circles. Spread honey over the bread and put the banana on top. Bam! You have a healthy and yummy piece of toast to enjoy.

I like to do egg bites. On Sunday I prep egg bites for a couple days of the weeks. Get some cupcake pans and put your egg mixture in them. I do some egg, veggies, sometimes some sausage. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes and boom you are all set. Let them cool and store in fridge! Then grab one or two every morning!

It’s not a sweet recipe but I put 2 slices of whole grain bread in the toaster until they get nice and golden. On the one I put some homemade peanut butter and on the other one I put olive oil, oregano and a little bit of salt!
