I have a morning routine and not always get to exercise first thing but I try to do my exercise in the morning because it’s easier for me to get it done. The exercise I do is stretching, running, walking and strength training.

Hi! Yeah, I was also struggling to excercise, wether in the morning or at night, so I changed my sleep schedule from 23 until 07 to 22/21 until 05:30/06. Also, I started doing sports which dont require me to go outside (such as indoor bike and indoor pool swimming)
