On work days I generally place two brown toasts in the toaster and jump in the shower. I come out and put light cream cheese, tomato slices, Himalayan salt, flaxseed and lime or lemon juice on my toasts and enjoy. I add olive oil and fresh herbs like mint, dill, parsley or cilantro on days that I’m bored with the routine.

Porridge, it's made with jumbo oats, toasted oats, chia seeds, raisins, lil bit coconut oil and water. Eat it all week, easy to heat up and take in a flask to work

Usually leftovers or hard boiled eggs. I don’t stick with traditional breakfast foods. My morning routine includes meditation, yoga, and reading, so I save time by not cooking in the morning.

I can't live without coffee and bread every morning, usually with ham or scrambled eggs. I always drink fruit juice and sometimes replace the bread with the rice cake

Best way to start your day is to go ahead with food which has high protein content, I always start my day with two eggs and chapati, which gives you energy and keeps you full

On mornings where I wake up early and have some extra time I will make an omelet or eggs w bacon and toast. On days where I need something quick and most likely to go I will make egg , cheese, and sausage sandwiches on english muffins/bagels to go; or I make those quick microwave mug recipes. Or just some bran flakes or almond butter toast with a banana.

I find I usually take yogurt with muesli and sometimes add banana. Super flexible with flavours and muesli types so it doesnt get as boring as fast.

I've only started making sure I have a breakfast every morning, so starting small, I have a bowl of cereal and grab a piece of fruit, like an apple or banana to have on my way!

Cereals, power bar, some fruits with whole grain bread, smoothie (its getting absorbed really fast and you are getting hungry again soon) boiled eggs… the most important is to add more 9 minutes to your morning routine to prepare breakfast.
