I would like to know how can I do my breakfast more enjoyable

Be creative. Add in some new ingredients or try new cooking methods if you can. For example, instead of a regular Oatmeal, try adding stewed fruits like apples or pears. Or instead of fruits, add grated carrots as a way to sneak your veggies in. Have your oatmeal sweet one day, then have it savoury tomorrow. Of course, if you like your own version of oatmeal that’s ok. What you can do instead as you prepare your breakfast, is to play some music that you enjoy.
