I would also like to know what to do about getting in exercise when I don’t have the motivation to get out of my chair.
It’s common to struggle with motivation for exercise, especially when you’re feeling low. Start by setting small, achievable goals, like standing up and stretching for a minute or doing a few chair exercises. Create a ritual by associating these movements with a specific time of day or activity, like listening to music or watching a favorite show. Gradually, as you build these habits, you’ll find it easier to incorporate more exercise into your routine. Remember, every little bit counts towards your overall well-being!
Maybe you can try exercise on your chair ;) just do some stretching (there are so many videos on youtube, you can try writing “yoga on chair”) and if you enjoy it you can move for like 5 minutes on a mat 💪
You can also do your exercise on chair. It’s not about proper exercise to achive your goal but it’s about the consistency to make it your habit. Small change can get bigger impact just know that😉.
